What we don't store
Raw voice recordings are never saved. Voice is converted to text in real time and only the transcript is kept, no voiceprints, no biometric profiles, no audio archive to ever leak. Coaching data is scoped to the account it belongs to and never used to train AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing.
How data is protected
All traffic, including live voice sessions, runs over encrypted connections.
Provider-level encryption at rest on all persistent data stores.
Passwords are never stored in plain text, using industry-standard hashing.
Users see only their own data; managers and admins are scoped to their organization.
Every request is authenticated and validated server-side, no exceptions.
Cross-border processing, where it happens, is disclosed and covered under signed DPAs.
