Evolusis is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim all other warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Evolusis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Evolusis, or third parties.
Evolusis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
